For Lake Pleasant, boat owners shall have a permit issued through Maricopa County (Parks & Recreation Department), Scorpion Bay Marina (Scorpion Bay Marina Holdings, LLC), or Maricopa Water District (Pleasant Harbor Marina), as well as proper insurance, prior to listing on this site.
